Refund policy

 

Returns - we offer free return shipping!

We get that sometimes things just don't work out & returns are needed. We're here to make your return process as easy as possible and that is why we offer free shipping on returns! Just notify us via e-mail hello@wrenandchar.com of your return. Please include the item(s) you are returning and we will e-mail you a prepaid mailing label to print out and attach to your package. You may return your unworn/unwashed products:

  • with tags attached, if there were any
  • original product bags if possible
  • postmarked within 21 days of the purchase delivery date
  • please include a copy of your original invoice if possible

 

Non-returnable items: Gift Cards, Any item marked FINAL SALE, Intimate products such as bathing suits.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a picture of the defective item to hello@wrenandchar.com - If we have it in stock we will send it out to you, if not we will issue a refund or store credit.

We are unable to exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size, you can return the item for a refund or a store credit, and (if the item is still available) purchase the size you need. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Any items that smell of cigarette smoke or have pet hair on them or have obviously been worn will not qualify for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
